Terms & Conditions — PRKVIP Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and PRKVIP ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an English-language online gaming platform accessible at https://prkvip.cam/. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using PRKVIP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

PRKVIP is designed to serve Pakistani users seeking an English-language online gaming experience covering sports betting, cricket markets, live casino, slots, table games and other gaming content. The platform operates under its own licensing framework. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on PRKVIP, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws of your local jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdictional compliance: Accessing online gaming services must not be prohibited by the laws of your country, province, or territory of residence. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on PRKVIP. Opening multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Accurate information: All registration information provided must be truthful, complete and current. Provision of false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on PRKVIP or, where applicable, under any operator-level exclusion programme.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of PRKVIP or any of its affiliated third-party service providers.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access PRKVIP's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other information required by the platform's KYC procedures. You acknowledge that PRKVIP may request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time.

4.2 KYC Verification

PRKVIP operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address and, in some circumstances, proof of source of funds before deposits, withdrawals or certain account features are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. PRKVIP will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. 4.4 PKR Account Currency

PRKVIP accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawal figures will be displayed in PKR. Currency conversion, if applicable for certain payment methods, will be subject to the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by PRKVIP at the time of the transaction. PRKVIP references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including but not limited to digital wallet services and bank transfers. The mention of any payment brand name (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) constitutes a user-familiarity reference only and does not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with PRKVIP or online gambling activities.

PRKVIP reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit amounts, which may vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits must originate from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may trigger an account review or suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) PRKVIP's internal fraud and AML checks; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to the chosen payment method.

PRKVIP aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment documentation. PRKVIP reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

5.3 Cryptocurrency Payments

PRKVIP accepts certain cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, including BTC and USDT. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. PRKVIP accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect wallet details provided by the User.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available on PRKVIP are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• PRKVIP reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Users under the relevant promotion.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors to generate bonus winnings, will result in the forfeiture of all related funds and potential account termination.
• Referral programme rewards and birthday bonuses are illustrative of available programme types. Actual amounts, eligibility criteria and payout conditions are set out in the applicable programme documentation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on PRKVIP covers cricket, football, tennis, UFC and other sporting events. Cricket markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments and international Test matches are covered as primary offerings. PRKVIP has no official affiliation, partnership or endorsement relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team. 7.2 Casino & Game Titles

Casino games are provided by third-party studio categories including slot studios, live-dealer studios and instant/crash-game studios. 7.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

7.4 Voided Bets & Disputes

PRKVIP reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious system errors, manifest pricing errors, event cancellations, or confirmed instances of match-fixing or fraud. Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PRKVIP and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots or algorithms to exploit games or betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or pricing anomalies in a manner not consistent with good-faith use.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited under local law, where you have knowingly circumvented technical access restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PRKVIP support staff or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform's systems or infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PRKVIP platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code and design elements, is the property of PRKVIP or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any PRKVIP content without the prior written consent of PRKVIP. Unauthorised use of PRKVIP intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRKVIP, its officers, employees, agents and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of profits.

PRKVIP does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Technical maintenance, third-party service disruptions or force majeure events may affect platform availability. PRKVIP will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Termination

PRKVIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account would create legal or regulatory risk for the platform.

Upon termination for cause, PRKVIP reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the User, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, during which time outstanding wagers will be settled according to standard procedures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRKVIP holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

PRKVIP expressly does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts with respect to platform operations. Pakistani users access the platform subject to their own jurisdictional risk and are advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding their personal legal exposure.

Amendments to These Terms

PRKVIP reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PRKVIP will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active Users via their registered email address or a prominent in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using PRKVIP and may request voluntary account closure.
